- Remove AdobeAAMDetect.plugin from HD Library/Internet plug-ins.
- In Windows Explorer, navigate to the following location and rename OOBE to OOBE_old.

Solution 2: Reinstall the Creative Cloud desktop app using the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool.
- Double-click Programs and Features, select Adobe Creative Cloud, and click Uninstall.
- Run the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to remove the Creative Cloud desktop app.
- Once you've run the tool, reinstall the Creative Cloud desktop app.
- Go to [hard drive] > Applications > Utility > Adobe Installers.
- Double-click the InstallAdobe Creative Cloud icon.
